- We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX & Paypal
- Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled. An ETA will be provided before you purchase the item/s.
- Orders are dispatched as a whole so if you purchase an available item with a preorder item, the available item will be sent when the preorder item arrives. If you wish for the available item to be sent right away, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. *Additional postage charges may apply.
- We take every precaution to ensure that your item is shipped to you in good condition. All products leaving our store are inspected and in tact prior to shipment.
- If you are delivered a package that looks damaged, please report this immediately to the delivery person.
- If the items you have received are damaged or faulty, we will process a refund if it cannot be replaced.
When returning an item/s, it must follow these conditions:
- items must be returned in original condition
- Be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Items that have been worn, cannot be returned.
- Have no fake tan, make up or other marks.
- Not smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products
- Have all original labels and tags attached.
- Full priced items can be exchanged or reimbursed for store credit.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty and it cannot be replaced.
- Sale items are final, and cannot be exchanged/reimbursed for store credit. Sale items can only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or exchanged if the incorrect item is received.
- Discounts are strictly valid for the time period stated and are not redeemable in conjunction with other offers and/or other discounts codes. Please ensure you enter your discount code before checking out. If you don’t enter your discount code upon checkout you won’t be refunded the difference afterwards.
