BLACK BOHO - RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If your purchase isn’t suitable, we’ll gladly exchange or provide store credit for any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

  • the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on (tag attached) as soon as received to ensure it fits well.
  • items must be returned in original condition
    • Be unused and in the same condition you received them.
    • Be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached.
    • Have no fake tan, make up or other marks.
    • Not smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products
    • Have all original labels and tags attached.

Refunds

  • We only accept full refunds if the item is faulty or damaged, and cannot be replaced. We do however offer exchanges and store credit for sizing issues and change of mind of full priced items.

Sale Items

  • All Sale Items are final sale and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Refunds and returns are not available on sale and last chance items. Sale items can only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.

How to return and exchange

  • Fill out returns form and ensure your item/s match the conditions. Place the completed form in your satchel.
  • Print off address sticker for satchel
  • Reuse the satchel that your item was delivered in.
  • Drop off in your nearest post box or post office.

Included the following items in your satchel

  • Items you wish to return/exchange
  • Black Boho’s Returns/Exchange Form
  • Proof of purchase

*Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.

  • Once your package is received by Black Boho, and the item matches our return conditions, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately on the same credit card used for purchase and an email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.
  • If you damage your postage satchel when you open your item and it cannot be reused, expenses associated with postage will not be covered by Black Boho.
  • Please note, Black Boho cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!
