Returns Policy

Returns Period: 

For orders shipped within Australia,our return period is up to 14 days of the goods being delivered to you. 

For orders shipped outside Australia, the item may be returned within 28 days of the goods being delivered to you.  


1. Faulty Products

If you have received a faulty product please email us immediately at 

Black Boho will offer a refund or store credit on any item purchased that has a genuine manufacturing fault and/or does not correspond with the descriptions provided. 

Any refund given will be credited to the original card or account used at the time of purchasing the garment.

We are able to offer you a refund or store credit to the value of the original purchase price of the product. 

2. Wrong size or incorrect fit

In accordance with our Returns Period we offer a store credit for wrong size or incorrect fit, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached.
  • Have no fake tan, make up or other marks.
  • Not smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products
  • Have all original labels and tags attached

    3. Sale Items

      • All Sale Items are final sale. Refunds and returns are not available on sale and last chance items. Sale items can only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received. If so, please email us immediately at
